Naila Razvi
I am Naila, and for the past 20 years, I have built a thriving online business. Today, I am a successful entrepreneur, productivity coach, life coach, a manifestation coach in the making, and a virtual summit producer. But my journey started with just one small step, as a transcriber in 2005. That role became my gateway into the virtual business world. From there, I grew into a virtual assistant and eventually into telesummit production. I was likely one of the first individuals from India to work on telesummits, an unheard-of concept in 2007-08.
Since then, I have produced dozens of virtual summits, helping companies generate multiple seven figures in revenue. I played a key role in launching numerous spiritual entrepreneurs into the online healing space. Owning an online business has given me the freedom to work on my own terms while traveling the world. I have run my business from Malaysia, Singapore, Bali, Turkey, and Dubai, all while creating a life of abundance and purpose.

What I Do
As I complete 20 years in the industry, I feel a strong calling to step back from "doing" to "teaching." I want to coach and mentor others to build successful online businesses. It doesn’t matter where you are today, you might be a housewife, a student, a traveler, or someone dabbling in the online space. What matters is that you have the potential to create financial freedom and design the life you dream of.
I am deeply passionate about empowering women to break free from the hustle and grind. So many incredible, educated women sacrifice their well-being and family time just to make ends meet. I want to show them an alternative, how to build wealth through a virtual business that aligns with their feminine flow and energy.
More than just a mentor, I want to be your champion. I will not only teach you the skills you need but also encourage, motivate, and lovingly guide you toward your full potential. As women, we do a disservice to the world when we shrink ourselves and dim our light.

I especially want to speak to my fellow introverts, the ones who hesitate, feeling like they can’t match the energy of extroverted influencers on social media. I see you. I was you. I built my business quietly, without bragging online, without trying to be someone I wasn’t. And yet, I attracted my ideal clients - soul-centered entrepreneurs—who resonated with my authenticity.
Ninety percent of my clients came through energetic alignment. They were already connected to me before they even knew I existed. That’s the power of being true to yourself. And that’s what I want to teach you: how to embrace your introverted nature as a strength, not a weakness.
You don’t have to pretend to be extroverted to succeed. You don’t have to constantly be on video, pushing yourself to fit a mold that doesn’t suit you.
